My yoga experience: I have been practicing yoga for 34 years; it has been a journey of discovery that I have a passion to share. I trained with The British Wheel of Yoga and have been teaching since 2006. I attend regular yoga events to extend my teaching practice for the benefit of my classes as well as for myself. I have worked with young people within school to a wider age range within the community, male and female, young and old. I have also worked with ‘mums-to-be’ through their pregnancies.
