The Practice

My style of leading a yoga practice is based on vinyasa krama which means that there will be sequences of movements to warm up the muscles and joints leading to stronger postures (asanas). I encourage the class to work to their own ability with modifications given as alternatives to enable everybody to experience some exquisite stretches and the effects that yoga has on the body and the mind.

Time is given to develop breathing practices (pranayama), meditation and relaxation.
