Enjoy Yoga

Yoga helps to develop suppleness, strength and stamina and to concentrate the mind together with aiding relaxation.  Practicing yoga enables all the body’s muscles to be worked but avoiding over-training specific muscle groups; balance, posture, agility and grace can all be achieved through yoga.

Yoga is suitable for all ages, men and women; no previous experience is necessary.

Susan believes yoga is an enjoyable way to enhance life, benefitting from increased flexibility, strength, and stamina.  Yoga brings an awareness that enhances the whole body and mind.

The process of stretching improves circulation, tones the muscles extends the range of movement through  the joints.  A healthier life is maintained  with energy levels increased; the body feels light and the mind is settled and focused.
